It didn’t get above 20 degrees Fahrenheit yesterday. My Jeep sat for 7 hours outside. When I left my office I found a few dips on the snow and a rather large blue icicle under it. I think it’s a slow drip from the windshield wiper fluid overflow vent. It’s odd because the windshield washer fluid is only 80% full. I’m going to swap it out for a product that is rated for 0 degrees Fahrenheit. That ought to fix the issue.

I have Jeep 2012 rubicon , same problem. Are there any reservoirs under the hood? When we pump the washer, the waste washer would stay there for a while and mix with other waste water under the hood. Therefore, The mixture may be frozen. However, I checked my system, no frozen inside. -27C in Montreal last week. I bought the -40C type washer for my car. My email xuhao92@hotmail.com
